Since she pursued an eclectic path, ranging from powerful dramas like "Anlat Istanbul" (Istanbul Tales - awarded best Actress at the International Istanbul Film Festival), to action filled Turkish version of famous "Behind bars" TV Series, "Parmakliklar Ardinda". Besides numerous other Turkish film directors she also worked with Fatih Akin on "Auf der anderen Seite des Lebens" (The Edge of Heaven). She was a jury member of the Istanbul Film Festival and of the Antalya Film Festival. Yelda Reynaud is a passionate polyglot and founder of Basibozuk Film. Inan Caddesi (Inan Avenue) is her feature debut as a director.
