Alexa Carole Havins (born November 16, 1980) is an American actress. Her first major break was being cast in the film The Crow: Wicked Prayer. Later, she was cast on the daytime drama All My Children as Babe Carey Chandler in 2003, originating the role. She later made a guest appearance on FX's Rescue Me in 2006.[2]

Havins has additionally starred in a number of independent films. In 2011, she joined the main cast for Torchwood's fourth series, Torchwood: Miracle Day, airing on BBC Worldwide and US premium television network Starz.[
